Intended for Bantam / High School Players

• Improve Strength: Stronger body, stronger mind!
• Improve Speed: Increase footwork for explosive quickness
• Improve Shooting: Master form/tech of wrist/snap shots, slapshots, backhand
• Improve Stickhandling: Puck control, puck movement, puck protection

Thank you so much for all the techniques that you have shared with me over the summer. At tryouts I felt I had a lot more endurance and confidence. I made the Pee Wee A team at Winter Club. If the group scene is not for you, how about private training? You can work with me one-on-one, or with a small group up to 6 people. I will customize a program to target your specific needs/goals. In addition, I will help identify your Strengths and Weaknesses in order to create positive, long term habits.

• Training Focus: Strength, Speed, Core, Flexibility & Skills
• Strength: Develop full body strength and power
• Speed: Develop quick feet, stride power and change of direction
• Core: Develop upper and lower abs, obliques and lower back
• Flexibility: Re-align weakened hip flexors, tight groins, mis-aligned spines
• Skills: Stickhandling control and movement. Shooting power and control

Well, I don’t know what you said to Doug, but he played his best game in years. I am not kidding. He moved his feet, was physical and did not get down. It was amazing!
