The Holidays are a great time to unwind with family and friends. No doubt you are surrounded by plenty to eat. So keep these tips in mind this season!

  • Portions! There is a lot to eat. Keep your poriton sizes to the size of your closed fist
  • Put food on a plate instead of grazing
  • Include a fruit and veggie with each meal
  • Drink water and lots of it
  • Think smaller meals, more often
  • Share desserts. A couple of bites go a long way. No need to eat it all
  • Never go to a pary hungry
