- Portions! There is a lot to eat. Keep your poriton sizes to the size of your closed fist
- Put food on a plate instead of grazing
- Include a fruit and veggie with each meal
- Drink water and lots of it
- Think smaller meals, more often
- Share desserts. A couple of bites go a long way. No need to eat it all
